At Silky Books, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade photo albums. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a comprehensive refund and exchange policy for our customers.

Return Time Frame

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange for your purchase, except for personalized items and prints, which are not eligible for return or refund due to their custom nature.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days after we have received the returned item and inspected it.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

We accept exchanges within the 30-day return period, under the same conditions as returns. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to us via our website or email, and we will guide you through the process.
